With an increasing ease of mobility and communication, we also experience a growing number of networks facilitating hospitality exchange. What are these networks? What is their history, how are they organised, what are their merits and what do they lack? Should you be concerned how these networks are organised? Maybe consuming is already enough? But what if you also want to volunteer in making the organisation better, is that possible at all, or only within limits, set by a 'leader' or a 'leadership team'? Or also, is a 'perfect democratic' hospitality network organisation feasible or even desirable?
