SHE-process

SHE (Sustainable Hospitality Exchange) is an idea that is shared by many. It is not just about hospitality exchange but also about how it is facilitated, on a personal and on a network level. At the core of SHE is the praxis of sharing. Keywords are: trust, interconnectivity, caring, sharing, passion, meaning.

open space

The Open Space Discussion is an idea for making meetings grass-rooted and even more effective, now and in future. It follows the law of two feet: if you find yourself in a situation where you are not contributing or learning, move somewhere you can.
The Four Open Space Principles:

  • Whoever comes is the right people.
  • Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened.
  • When it starts is the right time.
  • When it's over it's over and when it's not over it's not over.

Sustainable Hospitality Exchange

SHE - Sustainable Hospitality Exchange
SHE is a concept. Its idea is to help making hospitality exchange sustainable, i.e. it is generated by itself, through the conditions it shapes.

Hospitality Exchange is the process of interaction between host and guest, possibly facilitated by transparent trust networks. How can these networks best be implemented to facilitate sharing nicely among 'strangers'. Plus, how sustainable are these networks?
